DeBoer’s Auto is pleased to announce the hire of our new employee, Jess. Jess previously worked at a lawn mowing company and has a significant amount of experience working on vehicles. In fact, she grew up around cars and performs work on her vehicle herself. We are confident in her ability to do a great job at DeBoer’s Auto and we fully expect our customers to feel the same way. The Role Jess Has At DeBoer’s Auto
The main job Jess will have at DeBoer’s Auto is to write estimates for customers. So if a customer brings their vehicle in and needs some work done on it, Jess will take this information and write up a detailed estimate so the customer can see exactly what needs to be done. Jess also helps us in the shop with inventory by working with mechanics and ensuring they have all of the parts and equipment they need to get every job done efficiently and effectively.
What Jess Loves About The Systems At DeBoer’s Auto
One aspect of DeBoer’s Auto that Jess loves is the systems in place to make workflow efficient. Handling things electronically rather than shuffling through papers makes organization much easier and reduces the chances of losing or misplacing papers. And since everything is done electronically, estimates and documents can be sent to customers immediately and builds a certain level of trust that’s hard to earn any other way.

One thing Jess has always taken great pride in is building a better future for herself. No matter which job she has held in the past, she focuses on getting better every day so she can be a valuable asset to her company. She believes she has found a great spot at DeBoer’s Auto where she can take her career to the next level and accomplish her professional goals.
A long-term goal Jess has is to be able to retire comfortably and travel more when that time comes.
