William J. DeBoer (Bill Jr.) is Co-owner and Vice President at DeBoer’s Auto. As the company’s General Manager, Bill has been responsible for bringing innovations in daily operations to the full-service, high-tech auto repair facility for 20+ years.
Tina joined our team in March of 2020 bringing with her six years of automotive customer service experience. She is excellent at helping customers understand their vehicle's needs and always helps them feel empowered. She is also an ASE Certified Service Consultant.
Josh is the ASE Certified and has been with us since 2016. He came with 12 years of experience & knowledge. He continues to learn and grow every day. He takes the extra time to research and train to keep up with the industry and service your vehicle the best possible way.

Corey is a natural when it comes to fixing things and he LOVES his cars. Fast and Fun. He always has a smile and can always get a laugh out of you. He is ASE certified and is constantly training to become a better mechanic.
Miguel brings with him almost 30 years of industry experience and an eagerness to help people. As with all of our technicians, Miguel is ASE Certified, but what's extremely impressive is that he's an ASE Master Technician-L1.
Bill Bosch has joined our team as an automotive technician and is already making strides. He brings with him years of experience in the automotive industry. He's a graduate of Sussex County Technical, where he focused on Automotive and diesel then continued on to Universal Technical Institute in Chicago and graduated as a member of the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society.
As Apprentice, Chris brings knowledge, experience, and a can-do attitude to our car repair dream team. From fixing those nagging engine issues to expertly diagnosing those mysterious clunks and rattles, he's got the skills to keep vehicles in tip-top shape.
Cassandra joined our team, bringing over 20 years of experience in customer service, the last 6 being in the automotive industry. She enjoys helping customers understand the needs of their vehicles, and always keeps a smile on while doing so. If she isn’t out hiking, you may catch her at a craft show.
Liz Joined DeBoer's Auto in March 2022, she found her way back to the auto field with seven years of experience handling inventory for auto parts and helping people find what they needed to fit for repairs or accessorize their vehicles to feel more personalized. Bringing a laugh and positive attitude to the already great team.
Heidi joined our team in 2018. She focuses her efforts on content marketing, social media, sales, and producing our newsletter. Her past experience was in photography and advertising.
Chris joined the DeBoer's Auto team in October of 2023 and came to us with 20+ years combined experience as a technician, an automotive parts expert, including almost a decade of automotive management experience. He is great at helping you fully understand your vehicle's maintenance and repair needs, while empowering you to make your own informed decisions. When not working, you'll often find him tinkering on anything with an engine and wheels to gain that last bit of hidden potential.
William DeBoer (Bill Sr.) is the founder of DeBoer’s Auto, Inc. and carries the title of President. He immigrated to America from Holland with his parents at the age of two. He grew up fascinated by cars which led him to the pastime of drag racing — He started DeBoer’s Auto in Newton, NJ, in 1982, then moved to Hamburg, NJ in 1985. In 1997, Bill was joined by his son, William J. DeBoer (Bill Jr.) Bill now enjoys a semi-retired life. While leaving the day-to-day operations to Bill Jr. He still has his hands in at the shop regularly. He enjoys traveling and RVing with his wife Rita and time spent with his two granddaughters.
Bill (Billy) Conklin was a part of DeBoer's history in its making. Bill's dedication and workmanship were without a doubt part of the reason DeBoer's got to where we are today. He was a "permanent fixture" and an ace technician here at DeBoer's. He committed to over 20 years working with us and helping us grow. Billy now is enjoying the retirement life, but still comes by to check up on us from time to time. .
Colleen's knowledge of auto mechanics surprised a lot of people. That’s because she loves cars, so much. She trained at Sussex Vo-Tech and worked to receive her ASE Service Consultant Certification. She worked with us here for ten years, and now she's focusing on her family and homeschooling her son Jameson.
