Vehicle Operation
You grant DeBoer's Auto staff permission to operate your vehicle on public roads for purposes such as testing, inspection, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and delivery.

Payment & Liens
Payment in full or other mutually agreed payment arrangements are required before vehicle release. DeBoer's Auto retains a lien on your vehicle until payment obligations are satisfied.

Electronic Communication
By engaging with DeBoer's Auto online or electronically, you agree that such communications, along with information provided on our website regarding services, parts, warranties, and shop policies, are integrated into your agreement with DeBoer's Auto.

Warranty of Parts and Labor
DeBoer's Auto provides a warranty on parts and labor as detailed on your work order or invoice. You agree to contact the Warranty Administrator prior to seeking warranty service.

Vehicle Pickup Responsibility
You agree to pick up your vehicle within 24 hours of notification of completion. Vehicles remaining onsite beyond this period may incur storage charges. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeBoer’s Auto from any losses or damages arising from your vehicle’s prolonged stay on our premises.

Digital Signature Agreement
You acknowledge that digital signatures provided through online interactions are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures.

User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the security of the website

• Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas of the website

• Use the website in a manner harmful to other users or our business operations

Intellectual Property
