The holidays are rushing towards us fast, So, If you're like me and on the hunt for a side dish that's both simple and delicious, these Honey Glazed Carrots are perfect for my Thanksgiving table. Their natural sweetness, enhanced by a buttery honey glaze, pairs perfectly with turkey and all the trimmings. Whether I'm hosting a big holiday feast or bringing a dish to share, this recipe is a crowd-pleaser that delivers Glazed carrots (1)

flavor without any fuss. Plus, the bright pop of orange adds a festive touch to my plate!

Honey Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into slices or left whole if baby carrots
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar 
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the carrots and cook for 5–7 minutes, until just tender. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in honey, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
Add the carrots to the skillet and toss to coat them in the glaze. Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are fully coated and slightly caramelized.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
