Fill Out A First-Time Visit Form

 

Shortly after making your appointment with us, we will send you a brief first-time visit form to fill out and provide us with pertinent information about your vehicle. It’s a simple form that will ask questions such as:

 

  • How did you come about owning the vehicle?
  • What services have you done in the past?
  • Have you had any problems with your vehicle in the past?
  • Has your vehicle ever been involved in any collisions?

 

When we have a general understanding of what has happened to your vehicle in the past, we can recommend solutions for taking care of it going forward.

 

What Happens When You Drop Off Your Vehicle?

Our service technicians will review the information you provided on your first-time visit form and take a complete digital inspection of your vehicle. This simply documents your vehicle’s current condition at the time you brought it into our shop, the reason for bringing it to us and what maintenance milestones it is currently at.

 

Receive Advice And Guidance On How To Care For Your Vehicle

You can expect to receive a phone call or an email with the recommended services and the quote for the cost of doing the service and repairs. It is ultimately your decision regarding which services you would like to elect, but our service advisors will guide you and help you make the right decision for your car. When you approve the quote and services, we will get to work on your car and keep you informed throughout the process. You will receive a call when the work is complete and you can pick up your car at your convenience.
