Skewered Chicken BBQ Kebabs
We are just so happy to say that our Weber Grill Give away went amazingly well. We collected some tags and comments about your favorite dad's on Facebook and stepped it up even more by entering our customers who came into the shop, for every ticket of 100 was entered into the drawing, so if someones repairs came to 1400 they were entered in 14 x"s. The drawing took place on June 18th and Linda was our lucky winner.
We asked if she would share one BBQ recipes and she said that hands down this her Favorite.

3 boneless chicken breasts
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Cut chicken into strips 1 1/14 inch wide and
1/4 inch thick, or cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks. Thread loosely onto skewers.If using wood skewers soak in water before hand. Place skewers in 2 layers in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and chill 2 -3 hours. Drain. Cook over hot coals or medium hot grill 3-4 minutes a side till light brown. Enjoy!
