This step is designed to provide you with all the necessary information about your vehicle's condition in a transparent and informative manner.

Our service advisors will present you with a digital vehicle inspection report during the information stage. This report itemizes all the findings related to your vehicle, starting with any immediate safety concerns, followed by maintenance items that may require attention. We prioritize these items, making it easier for you to understand which issues need immediate action and which ones can be addressed later.



Once we've identified all the concerns, we take the time to discuss the value of the investment needed to keep your vehicle running safely. We believe in empowering our customers with knowledge and options, so we provide you with choices. You can opt for a full repair at once or choose to proceed with stage repairs based on your budget and preferences.

After formulating a plan, we discuss the repair timeline and seek your approval. Your peace of mind is important to us, so we make sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have before proceeding. If the repairs exceed $500, we obtain your approval and then proceed with obtaining a deposit. We understand that your trust and confidence in our process are paramount, and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction at every step.
