This tasty little combination with the strong bite of the blue cheese and the sweetness of the grapes on top of the crunchiness of the crostini is just heavenly. Serve it at your next gathering, or plate some up for a little snack with a glass of your favorite wine, it's so good.

Blue Cheese Spread
1 c crumbled blue cheese
½ c sour cream
2 fresh sprigs of thyme
1/4 t grated nutmeg
1T olive oil

Roasted Grapes
4 c red seedless grapes
olive oil spray
2 fresh sprigs of thyme

Crostini
1 baguette (crusty French bread)
2 to 3 T extra-virgin olive oil, as needed
honey (drizzle)
balsamic glaze ( drizzle)

Instructions
Roasted Grapes:
Preheat oven to 375F. Place washed seedless red grapes in a medium baking pan and spray with olive oil. Roast for 15 minutes, or until the grapes start to burst and release juices.
Blue Cheese Spread:
In a small food processor, combine 1 cup crumbled blue cheese, ½ cup sour cream, a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, and the leaves from 2 thyme sprigs. Pulse to combine, then process until a desired consistency (you can leave it a bit chunky if you like!). Add a tablespoon of olive oil if you would like a richer flavor.

Crostini:
Preheat the oven 450 degrees  Line baking sheet with parchment paper
baguette: slice it thinly (about 1/2"), brush both sides with olive oil, and toast in a preheated oven (375F) for 5-10 minutes until desired crispiness
spread the blue cheese spread on crostini. Top with several roasted grapes. Drizzle with honey,  balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
