Our lockbox is located next to our front door, next to our nightly key drop. Once we receive payment over the phone, we will give you the 4 digit passcode so you can retrieve your keys. Once you’ve correctly entered the numbers, you now have your keys! This grants you the convenience of dropping off your car whenever it is best for you, regardless of whether we are open or not. We have created a key storage lock box system that will allow you to pick up your vehicle whenever it is the most convenient for you. Once you have paid your bill with us, we will place your keys inside one of our locked storage boxes on the exterior of our building. As long as your bill is paid, we will provide you with the four digit code and lock box number so you can get your keys when you are ready. You won’t have to worry about getting to our auto repair shop before we close.\n\nHamburg auto repair should be done at your convenience.IT’S ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE When it comes time to choose your Hamburg auto repair shop, you want one that will focus on giving you the quality service you need.
