We're pleased to introduce you to one of the new members of the DeBoer's Auto team. Bill Bosch has joined our team as an automotive technician and is already making strides. He brings with him years of experience in the automotive industry.
Bill is a native of Sussex County NJ, he grew up on a farm where he and his sister would play and of course, the chores included caring for an array of animals.
From a very young age, he was always intrigued by how things worked. His father expertly performed repairs and maintained the tractors and farm equipment. He'd be his dad's second set of hands, passing over tools as needed and gradually becoming comfortable with performing the tasks on his own. He was drawn to learning more. He attended Sussex County Technical School, focused on automotive and diesel classes. He was eager to get his hands dirty, master his skills, and make his mark. After graduating he continued to pursue his passion in automotive and attended Universal Technical Institute in Chicago. Bill graduated as a member of the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society which is quite a notable achievement.
After graduation, Bill hit the ground running and soon found himself at the Ford dealership. He was truly in his element. For an impressive 19 years, he showed off his skills and his commitment to his passion. During his tenure, he achieved the prestigious title of Senior Master for eight consecutive years. Although he had spent the better part of two decades with Ford, he was really excited about the opportunity to join the DeBoer's Team. From the very first day, he's known that he made the best decision in changing his career path. He said, “I really appreciate the family-oriented atmosphere and genuine care they have for their employees. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and support.”
Family is everything to Bill, when he isn't working he spends his time with his girlfriend and has become a true father figure to her two young children. He's become quite skilled at the job of entertaining the little ones. They love spending time with Bill's sister and niece and nephew. They look forward to family trips down to see his mother in North Carolina where they can enjoy the beach life.
We are all very happy that Bill made the decision to join us at DeBoer's Auto. He's already become part of our family. Our customers are thrilled with the expertise that he provides when working on their vehicles. We're looking forward to supporting Bill in his new position and watching his path unfold.
