As the seasons and driving conditions change, it's a good time bring your Saab in for a checkup. This is especially important for Saabs affected by the Saab airbag recall, as long-term exposure to high heat and hunidity can cause these airbags to fail.While you're here, we'll check your car's vital signs.
- Tires -- check for uneven wear; inflate to proper pressure
- Brakes -- inspect brake linings and pads, brake lines, hoses, and parking brake
- Windshield -- inspect wiper blades and fluid level, look for any windshield cracks
- Suspension -- test shocks for deterioration or signs of overuse
- Battery -- look for oxidation on terminals and proper connections
- Engine -- top off fluid levels, inspect drive belts
