Each year, AAA highlights the top Service Providers of Excellence and Best in Auto Repair facilities nationwide. A panel of experts reviews nominations, focusing on customer satisfaction, quality of service, and the impact businesses make in their communities.
But this recognition doesn’t come easy. AAA conducts in-depth inspections of every Approved Auto Repair facility to ensure they meet—and continue to meet—very specific standards. Everything from technician training and certifications, to cleanliness, repair quality, and customer service is carefully evaluated.
